Channels are an easy way to organize your team based on location, discipline, or anything else you'd like. Complete the following steps to create or edit a channel.
- To create a new channel, head to your Employee Experience Admin Panel. Click on the "Channels" tab on the left.
- To create a new channel, click on the "Add Channel" button on the top right. Fill in the new channel's name, choose whether it is public (visible to all of your team's Employee Experience users) or private (visible only to the users invite to that channel) from the dropdown menu. Hit "Create" when you're done.
- To edit a channel name, go back to the Channel tab of the Foko Admin Panel. Click on the name of the channel you'd like to edit and the detailed channel view will appear. Click the pencil icon "Edit".
- You can edit that channel's information, including the name of the channel, its privacy settings and description. Hit "Save" when you're done.
- You're all done!
