You can modify the resolution of the images your team uploads on Foko to match in-store Internet speeds. Lower settings will increase the speed of uploading, but will lower the image quality, and vice versa. The default setting is set to “Lowest” to start, however as admin, you have the ability to change your team’s default setting to the image quality most suited for your team’s needs.
- Head to the Foko Admin Panel. Click here for a refresher on how to get to your Admin Panel. Upon entering the Admin Panel, you'll be on the Team page by default. Click on the "Features" tab on the lefthand side.
- On the Features tab, scroll down to the “Mobile Image Upload Settings” to set your team's image quality settings. The default setting that you choose for your team can be overridden by individual users, so use the most commonly needed setting.
