Foko support requests are available for members of your team. Admins have the capacity to re-route support requests to your own help desk or support staff.
- Head to the Foko Admin Panel. Click here for a refresher on how to get to your Admin Panel. Upon entering the Admin Panel, you'll be on the Team page by default.
- To re-route your support requests, turn the Support Routing toggle on and provide an email address you want all requests to go to.
- You're all done!
